Peter: Religion: Russian Orthodox; Westernized Europe, subdued nobles, concentrated on his bureaucracy, made a clear dividing line between peasants and nobility which results in a more controlled social order + more uniformity.
Fredrick: Established religious toleration and judicial refo9rm, made stronger borders, gained territory in 1740 by attacking the Hapsburg province of Silesia.
